Kim Feliciano

Certified Lactation Consultant

Kim is a born and raised “Jersey” girl. She is excited to bring her love of breastfeeding to moms in Maryland. She became interested in all things birth, babies, and breastfeeding after her own experience as a newly postpartum mom. She struggled with everything from latch to nipple injuries to supply issues and everything in between. This inspired her to educate herself on proper breastfeeding technique in hopes of helping other women. She hopes that she can help new moms have a much more positive and empowering breastfeeding experience. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.

Kim has a Bachelors in Developmental Psychology and is currently obtaining her Masters in Public Health. In addition to Breastfeeding and Lactation policy, she is also interested in infant cognitive development and adolescent mental health. She enjoys volunteering to help at-risk teens. A professional goal of hers is to eventually obtain a doctorate… but baby steps!

On her down time, Kim enjoys watching Disney movies with her daughter and staring lovingly at her newborn son. Her hobbies include Pinterest scrolling, snacking, finding excuses to not clean her apartment, photography, and painting. She spends most of her limited solo time reading new books. If she was a Disney princess, she’d be Belle.

She cannot wait to work with you and support you as you achieve your breastfeeding goals.

“Breastfeeding is hard. Very hard! But once you decide to stick with it and you actually get good at it, you feel like a hardcore, awesome super mom! I would love the opportunity to encourage you along the way.” - Kim
